When will I receive my PVSA kit?
Kits are shipped within 2-3 business days after ordering. Shipping can take 7-10 business days (usually much shorter). Once we have shipped your kit, we will send you tracking information from the USPS for your package. Kits are shipped in plain brown envelopes.
When will I get my results?
Once we receive the kit we complete the analysis within 3 business days (usually less). The results will then be faxed to your doctor, mailed to your doctor, or mailed directly to the patient, depending on the doctor’s preference.
Can I return my PVSA kit?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Before you return your kit, please contact us so we can see if there is anything we can do to solve your problem: firstname.lastname@example.org

Is the semen analysis covered by insurance?
The semen analysis done by PVSA is not covered by insurance. However, it is eligible for a reimbursement. The information you need to complete this is below:

Is a doctor needed to order a PVSA kit or is it possible to order one without a doctor?
A PVSA kit can be ordered without a doctor. However, a test requisition, which will be provided with each kit, will need to be signed by a Doctor to have the semen analysis performed when the kit is returned.
It‘s been at least 10 days since I’ve returned my kit, and I haven’t heard from my Doctor or Received a report in the mail - what should I do?
You can always check the status of your kit processing by emailing us at email@example.com, while we can’t give results via email or the phone, we can confirm whether we have recieved your kit or not, and what the status of processing is.
